AFP’s I.D.E.A. (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access) initiative aims to create a fundraising profession that is not only diverse but also inclusive and equitable.  The I.D.E.A. SIG will begin working toward this goal by reflecting on the 21 Week Equity Challenge currently being hosted by United Way of Wisconsin.

These online sessions are a chance to network and connect, ask for advice or feedback from fellow professionals, and learn from other local professionals. This month, Lori Hayes, Manager of Community Volunteerism, with United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County will join us for recognition of Volunteer Appreciation Month and talk about volunteer trends, virtual volunteerism, and welcoming volunteers back for onsite service.
