Head shot of Jim Moore, President of AFPSEWIMessage from the President

It is a great honor to have been elected to serve as the next president of our chapter and I want to thank those who have served over this past year for their hard work and dedication. The committee volunteers who worked on education, membership, scholarships, marketing/communications, Fundraising Day Wisconsin and National Philanthropy Day, the hours that you committed made 2018 a great success and we are grateful for your service.

A special thank you to our outgoing members of the Board of Directors; Christine Baranoucky, Vicki Chappell, Jeannie Fischer, Kim Koch, Tamara Pacada and Mike Thirtle, your hours of service created a betterment of our chapter.

Many of us are dependent on the agencies we work for on the volunteers and the services they provide. AFP is no different. As we get 2019 underway, I ask you to consider joining one of our committees that suits your talents, please contact Erin Richardson, our chapter’s administrator, with your interest or reach out to the committee’s chair.

If you have suggestions on topics you would like to see discussed at our educational meetings or ideas on other activities to engage our membership, please reach out to me. We continue to strive to make sure we offering our membership opportunities for them to network, grow and advance their careers.

I look forward to meeting more of you in the coming year and am excited about the education sessions are committee has been planning.

Best regards,

Jim Moore, President
AFP-Southeastern Wisconsin Board of Directors
