Position Title: Executive Director Organization: Nia lmani Family (NIF), Milwaukee, WI

Overview: Nia lmani Family provides transitional housing and comprehensive life skills programs dedicated to supporting homeless young mothers and their children. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization through an exciting period of growth. The organization is positioned to expand its programs and services to service and impact more people, families, & the community.

Position Overview: The ED is responsible for the overall management and operation of Nia lmani Family, Inc. This includes the oversight of staff, participants, volunteers, housing, and comprehensive programs. Additionally, the ED is responsible for the financial management, fundraising, and marketing/public relations activities and for the execution of the Board approved strategic plan and directives. The ED will work under the direction of the Board of Directors and will be a hands-on leader actively engaged with staff and participants maintaining a daily presence in the building with an ability to demonstrate empathy and kindness.
