Many organizations have strong programs and initiatives. The challenge most organizations face is demonstrating the value to their programs as well as their impact. In many instances, during grant or award seasons, investors and other opportunities for exposure, funding, attraction or retention prompt companies to consider the data. However, it's an afterthought. But, it's not too late. Timeka will walk every organization through the 4 key steps every organization should take to start capturing and sharing the impact of their organization.
About the Presenter:
Timeka Smith is a dynamic multi-hyphenate who has dedicated her life's work to developing solutions across multiple industries for professionals, entrepreneurs and ministry leaders. With nearly 10 years in the data analytics space, Timeka has impacted organizations analytically with descriptive analyses all the way to data mining as a Data Scientist. In 2019, Timeka formed Perrynorm Analytics with the mission to help organizations measure, demonstrate, and improve their impact through data. Timeka is a proud graduate of Howard University and a southern belle hailing from Alabama. When Timeka is not actively impacting others through work or ministry she enjoys her time with her husband and daughter.
