Donor Engagement & Events Manager

Community Smiles Dental is seeking a dynamic Donor Engagement & Events Manager to lead donor-facing events, strategic partnerships, and mid-level fundraising initiatives. This role plays a key part in strengthening community relationships, growing philanthropic support, and ensuring donors feel valued and connected to our mission.

The Donor Engagement & Events Manager oversees the planning and execution of fundraising and stewardship events from concept through completion, including sponsor cultivation, vendor coordination, on-site management, and post-event follow-up. This position serves as the primary point of contact for event sponsors and partners, ensuring clear communication, fulfillment of benefits, and long-term relationship growth.

In addition, this role actively manages and grows a portfolio of mid-level donors through strategic outreach, outcome-driven meetings, and personalized engagement. Responsibilities include cultivating new supporters, re-engaging lapsed donors, developing individualized donor strategies, and coordinating meaningful stewardship touchpoints that promote long-term retention.

The ideal candidate brings experience in event management, fundraising, or relationship-based sales, along with strong organizational skills and a proactive, relationship-centered approach.
