Onboarding & Culture: Setting Fundraisers Up for Success
About the Event
Onboarding is more than orientation, it’s the foundation for performance, engagement, and retention. This session explores how we can create intentional onboarding experiences that reinforce culture, clarify expectations, and support new team members from day one. Participants will examine how onboarding connects to values, supervision, and long-term success, even in fast-paced or resource-limited environments.
Key takeaways include:
• Designing onboarding beyond “here’s how things work”
• Clarifying expectations, roles, and success metrics early
• Embedding organizational and team culture intentionally
• Supporting new fundraisers in their first 90 days
