Volunteers Wanted: AFP Education Committee

"Get Involved!" "Volunteer Today" with three images of out stretched arms/handsEducation is a pillar of what AFP does for its members. Our chapter has benefitted greatly from an excellent group of volunteers who help develop quality programs throughout the year.

Our 2018 Education Committee will hold its first meeting on Wednesday, January 10, at 8:00 am at Stone Creek Coffee, 422 S. 5th Street in Milwaukee.  Under the direction of our new VP, Lindsay Just, this group has some great plans underway and is always happy to welcome new volunteers.

If you are interested, please contact Lindsay directly at ljust@arcouncil.net. Even if you are unable to attend this meeting, let her know of your interest and share your programming ideas.

Our January 25th luncheon will include a panel of experts discussing how consultants can benefit your organization, as well as tips to determine the best fit in finding the expertise to enhance your success.

We again are planning our collaborative programs with the Wisconsin Philanthropy Network and the Planned Giving Council.  Join us on January 10 to map out the rest of the year and make your mark on AFP!

Other committees and their volunteer needs will be highlighted in future e-blasts.
