The Senior Director of Development plays a key leadership role in managing and executing the fundraising and communications strategy for the Wisconsin site, working closely with the Executive Director. This role is responsible for all aspects of fundraising, including corporate, foundation, and individual contributions, government funding, and partnerships with community organizations. Key duties include overseeing grant proposals, prospecting, donor relationship management, data analysis, and special events. Additionally, this position involves designing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications plan to support site goals.
This is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
