The Donor Engagement Manager will manage the donor experience, including cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, engaging current and prospective donors as well as adding that personal touch to thank donors. This position will manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and partner with Agency leadership and staff, as appropriate, to drive effective donor communications. 

This position offers an exciting opportunity to help donors fulfill their passions and interests through their giving to Catholic Charities. An outgoing, warm, and compassionate individual will have the opportunity to employ best practices in the field along with their creative, strategic thinking and project management skills. This position is an integral team member working to advance the mission of Catholic Charities. 

Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Three to five years successful experience in non-profit fundraising preferably in social services or for the needs of people affected by poverty and diverse populations. Travel throughout the ten counties and occasional attendance at evening or weekend events is required.
