St. Coletta of Wisconsin is looking for a passionate and self-motivated Director of Development
Summary: The Director of Development is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all annual fundraising initiatives to support the mission and strategic goals of St. Coletta. This role oversees major and annual giving, planned giving, grants, sponsorships, donor relations, and fundraising-related event coordination. The Director plays a key leadership role in donor cultivation and stewardship, while also managing key relationships with foundations, corporations, and individual supporters. This position works collaboratively with the President/CEO to foster a strong culture of philanthropy across the organization.

Grants & Sponsorships
Donor Research & Relationship Management
Special Events (Some nights and weekends required)
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fundraising, Communications, Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit development with a proven record of securing gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations.
- Familiarity with planned giving vehicles, platforms (Raiser’s Edge) and grant funding sources.
- CFRE certification is a plus.
