Assistant Director, Stewardship

The Assistant Director, Stewardship will support strategic efforts to engage and steward contributors who have the deepest level of commitment to the university. By working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, this role will help implement designed, customized experiences and initiatives to strengthen philanthropic engagement among Marquette’s most ardent supporters, further elevating their relationship(s) with the university. (S)he will also work collaboratively to ensure thoughtful management of prospects into and through the volunteer ecosystem, including pipeline and membership tracking. This position has the opportunity to work in a hybrid work arrangement with time worked both on campus as well as remotely.
