The “Rise of the Millennials” and Why We NEED to Care

About the Event

January Educational Luncheon

Welcome to the age of the Millennials and their affinity for all things digital… It’s a story that’s been unfolding before our very eyes.  There have been a plethora of research on everything from the growing use of online media at every life stage of this generation and how they think.  For today’s sales/marketing and fundraising administrators (who are more than likely not Millennials), it can all be a bit daunting.

This presentation will offer an overview of what makes this generation tick and how they make buying decisions in general.  Then we will explore some unique insights on how they select the causes they choose to support so you can tailor your strategies to reach this audience.  They are the largest generation in history, and by 2017 will have the largest buying power of all the current generations. They are changing the game in “giving” and we need to understand how to make our case for support in a way that speaks to them.
