Managing 360 in a Generationally Diverse Fundraising Environment

About the Event

October Educational Luncheon

A panel discussion on the topic of Managing 360 in generationally diverse and dynamic fundraising environments. Baby Boomers, Generation X, Generation Y, and everyone in between. We all bring different workstyles, expectations, and preferences when it comes to managing, being managed, and collaborating within and outside our organizations—up, down, and across. Panelists will explore how to better engage colleagues, volunteers, and organizational leadership to produce the best fundraising results for our organizations and the missions we serve, while creating rewarding and productive work environments for development professionals and those with whom we work.
