Deeper into Donor Behavior & Preferences: 2016 Donor Loyalty Study

About the Event

May Educational Luncheon

We all want donors who are excited, engaged, and want to come back again, and again. It’s about more than just retaining, but creating loyal donors who feel passionate about your cause and help share your story. Abila’s Donor Loyalty Study digs deeper into donor preferences and behavior, specifically around what drives donor loyalty. The Study is based on responses from 1,136 U.S. donors, and includes special sections on high-wealth donors (those who earn more than $200,000 annually) and generational trends. In this session we’ll look into how donors behave and why, what content resonates with donors, and how nonprofit organizations can adjust their strategies accordingly to better nurture donors by giving them what they want, when they want it, and how they want it.

Key Takeaways from this Session:

  • The latest giving trends and interests
  • Developing the right content for the right context.
  • Segmenting your donors for more personalized content.
  • Building loyalty with volunteerism and events
