Charting A Path through Burnout - March Education Session

About the Event

Join us for this highly interactive and participant-driven workshop!

Burnout: it is a hot topic among fundraising professionals. What is it? And more importantly - what can we do about it?

Facilitated by Claire Becker, a leadership coach with 15 years of experience as a coach, educator, professional development partner, in this session we will discuss how we can begin to make changes in our daily practice and sphere of influence to work through the causes of burnout. Participants will share perspectives and actively participate in small-group coaching sessions, fostering a renewed sense of purpose and resilience. This workshop is intended to empower you with effective strategies you can begin to use within your workplace!
