The Art of Philanthropy

Tuesday, November 12, 2019
Pfister Hotel

The theme of NPD 2019 is "The Art of Philanthropy", and as a committee, we aim to use this theme to feature different aspects of the arts at the event--from culinary to music to visual arts. The planning committee needs your ideas and contributions. This is a great way to highlight your organization through artful expressions at the event. We are looking for hand-created centerpieces, music performances, food samples from culinary programs, decorations, Partners in Philanthropy gifts and other ideas. Showcase the talents of your constituents and help bring a jazzy twist to NPD 2019! The committee will take all offers into consideration and select those that provide the best cohesive experience overall.  Please contact NPD Committee Chair, Dawn Hutchison-Weiss,, 608-215-3262, with your ideas!

Join us to honor Southeastern Wisconsin's most exemplary
philanthropists, donors, volunteers, and fundraising professionals.

National Philanthropy Day is the special day set aside to recognize and pay tribute to the impact of philanthropy
in the world around us.  It's a day to honor those people active in the philanthropic community who have made
our lives, our communities and our world a better place.

Billions of dollars are given every year to just causes. Millions of programs and services administered to those in need. Individuals are connected to cause and to each other. Civic participation and important societal bonds are created and strengthened through philanthropy as we work to improve the quality of life for all people.

In  Southeastern Wisconsin the impact of philanthropy is beyond impressive.  As fund development professionals, we have the unique opportunity to work with people and organizations that are responsible for impacting the missions we champion.
