Position Summary:

We are excited to offer a rare opportunity to join our Development team!  The Donor Communications and Events Manager is a full-time position responsible for building strong, meaningful, and successful relationships with current and prospective individual donors to the Urban Ecology Center. This position will focus on designing and coordinating comprehensive donor relations strategies aimed at cultivating existing and prospective individual donors. They work as part of a team of fundraisers, together with the Corporate and Foundation Relations Managers, Membership & Development Systems Manager, the Director of Development and the Executive Director to achieve stated revenue goals. Responsibilities of this position include: developing solicitation strategies, directing donor solicitations including print and online appeals, creating and executing fundraising events and implementing creative donor stewardship plans.
